Feeler for my Corrado.
Lots of time spent on this car trying to keep it running condition. I feel that times are changing and as i begin to think about entering a Masters program, the car seems to be the sacrifice.
1992 Corrado vr6
Motor:
The car has a clean title and it currently has about 165k. The motor was rebuilt by the previous about 25k miles ago. It has a techtonics tuning exhaust. It also has 276 tt cams with its designated eprom and does not idle lumpy like one would think. There is more information and records for the vehicle with receipts. PM if interested in anything specific
Suspension:
I put in new Vf engineering motor mounts. Has a eurosport rear strut bar and i can even throw in a neuspeed front strut bar that i never installed. Car also has Bilstein Pss9 coilovers which did wonders for the corrado. I am currently driving the car with BBS rz wheels. These were the ones that came stock with the 92 corrado
Interior:
Mark 4 shift knob. Momo steering wheel and on the A pillar i have a gauge pod with air/fuel ratio and oil pressure. I do not have any subs or anything installed on the vehicle but do have them seperately if anyone is interested
Current maintenance:
- I just the oil this weekend with Mobil 1 synthetic and it has new oil filter. Most recent things i can remember of is the coolant system has been taken care of. New thermostat housing with new seals and a brand new billet crack pipe. These things are essential to keeping the car running in top notch and i made sure to by the new billet over the crappy plastic. This means you will not have to worry about ever paying to change as it will not crack like the oem plastic. The car is currently running with NGK iridium spark plugs that were place late last year. I also took care of the alignment last year. I changed the distributor when the car began to act odd and began to buck around 2k rpms. Now the car rooms smooth. There have suspension bushing changes and i put in the r32 bushing for the car. I am sure i am forgetting things but if you are interested just ask me questions through PMs
The bad:
Like many corrados. the sunroof does not work. It is stuck and will not operate. The motor is fine but i am sure it was the tracks that gave out. Just invest 150 for the b4 passat moonroof and its all good  Next on the list. the passenger side seatbelt never retracted back to its off position but you can still use it as a regular seatbelt. I have a spare part i can throw in for no cost. Heater works great but A/C will need recharching as it does not blow cold. The second gear grinds if at higher rpms. I was told by the previous owner that it was the shift linkage that needed to be adjusted as they had redone the transmission. I never got around to do that and i just got use to shifting at lower rpms in second. Last, the paint is fading on the hood and roof. So i am asking 3500 for it and i think it is fair. If you don't think that is a good price. PM me and i will give you more details on why i feel it is  :P
Like i said, this is a feeler and I am only doing this because of my education. I love the car and everyone who has had the experience of being in it or driven it tell me this will be a mistake. So let me know 3500
Current picture: Christmas time

The car will come with OEm tail lights and not the ones pictured
